One More Day Left

What else Do I Have To Do?

Yeahhh! Love vacation!!
I stayed up as late as I wanted last night and woke up at noon today.
No make-up with glasses.
I look like that I am wearing wig.
Humm, I can’t like my hair style now…
Anyway I did laundry twice and cleaned my room a bit today.
I have to finish cleaning my apt tomorrow since tomorrow is the last day of 2008.
Well, what else do I have to do in 2008?
Am I satisfied with everything happened in 2008?
Hummm.
I should have studied more.
I should have lose my weight.
These two are something I can’t establish by one day tomorrow, so I guess I will leave them for next year.
Other than that, year 2008 was pretty good I think.

I had dinner at Tofu place tonight.
There were so many beautiful dishes at the dinner course.
Most of them were tofu menu, but I love this dish the best because of this presentation and the taste.

I took these two girls, who used to work with me at an English school, for dinner.
One still work at the English school, and the other is going to move to Tokyo as a lawyer.
They were now fine ladies and I am so happy to have them as my sisters.
We had nice dinner together and went to Karaoke.
I realized that I love singing.
Maybe I wanna have an audition if it is not too late…
I want my life a bit more exciting.
Am I asking too much?

Got A Haircut

"BEFORE" and "AFTER"

I went to a beauty salon today.
It had been almost like half a year since the last time I went.
I am trying to make my hair long, so I did not have to go.
However, I wanted to change a bit so I decided to get my front haircut done.
My front hair was really really long like the picture above.
That’s “BEFORE”.

And this is “AFTER”.
Humn… I know that it was not the best idea.
Look a little bit younger I think, though.
I will see someone tomorrow, and I am regretting now.
I believe that front hair get longer soon.
My ex who has cut my hair for ten years told me that I look meaner.
Do I??

I had dinner at my parents and after I get home, my friend visited me.
We chat for 3hours straight with a cup of caramel milk tea.
So nice to have my friend at my apt.
Very relaxing.
We decided to go to Korea together next spring.
I love traveling abroad!
I deserve it!!

Decorating Chrismas Tree

Because of lots of beauty sleep yesterday, I could get up early enough to enjoy my Sunday.
Got up and had breakfast with coffee, which is my favorite time of a day.
Started decorating Christmas tree and Voila!
This is a part I do every year.

Went to my favorite store to buy glasses with my little dog, Dalia by my mom's BMW which will be gone in two days.
She will get a new car!
I bought two pairs of glasses today.
I know, it is too much, but could not help it.
I had to wait since they sis not have my lenses at the store today.
I will upload my new glasses soon after I recieve them on this blog.

I went to my friend's exhibition tonight with my sis.
He is one of my good friends since I was 14.
He traveled South and Central America; Latin America　by himself and took so many nice pictures.
I was so happy to see him tonight since I had not seen him for a long time.
It was interesting that boys change a lot!
He got so mature and becmae a tough guy.
Wow...

My sis and I went to Hard Rock Cafe tonight for dinner.
Had chicken wings, onion rings, mac&cheese, and french fries.
Junk food...
Made me miss America!

And went to Karaoke after dinner.

It was such a long fun day today.
Did a lot including cleaning and doing laundry.
The early bird catches the worm!!

Women’s Power

Women are strong but scary.

I went to work in Osaka this morning.
I called American Bank Company to fight about my late fee.
Although I explained something was wrong because I have made full payment the last time I paid, they did not admit.
I talked with manager, but nothing changed, so I closed my credit card.
They were really automatic, so the manager explained really fast about what would happen when I close the credit card.
It did not sound that he was human being…
I asked the manager to speak slowly and then he spoke like a robot!!
What a jerk…

I took a flight in this afternoon to Tokyo.
I went to an office about our Organic margarine.
Our organic margarine will be on TV commercial with famous coffee in Japan.
The famous coffee company wanted to use our organic margarine as gifts for their campaign for 400 people.
That’s really good news for us!
After that I went to attend a special dinner for women who manage a company in food industry in Japan.
I was the youngest and I was so nervous when I had to introduce myself in front of 30 people.
Guest speaker was a big star in Japan and Taiwan.
She is an actress and singer, who is a good friend with Jackie Chan.
Too bad that I could not take picture of her.
I was not brave enough to do it because I am the youngest girl there.
I learned a lot from lots of elder women.
It was such a great opportunity for me.

I forgot to bring contact lenses and had to wear these red glasses today.
They might not be appropriate for the business dinner…
These women are smart great people, but some were like high school girls although they were 50s.
Some talked to me and spoke ill of others…
I hope they would not speak ill of me because of these crazy glasses…

Love Glasses

Today was the second day of my winter vacation.
Since yesterday, I have been cleaning my apt, even now.
Today I am gathering lots of paper stuff, but never end...

I am crazy about shopping lately, so I went shopping today again.
I had to go to pick up my glasses which I bought yesterday.
I have been to this store since I was 18.
I might have written about this before, but this is the store introduced by my first fashionable boy friend.
He lived next building from this glasses store, which was on many magazines.
Since then, I go this store quite often.
My new glasses cost $400, but I really liked it.
The do not look good in this picture, but they are cute.
After that, I was driving to a coupe stores to get ready for everything to wear on New Year’s Day, and a coupe more cleaning materials.

I stopped by to my parents' house and stayed there for an hour and left for my apt to continue cleaning.
When I gathered my paper stuff, letters, and photos, I tried really hard not to look at them too much.
Once I started looking them closer, it would take forever to clean them.
The picture above are the glasses which I am hoping to get the next time.

While I was waiting at the store, I called my first boyfriend who is going to get married soon.
He laughed hard at me that I still go to the store.
When I was 18 years old, I bought him a pair of the glasses at the store for his birthday.
At that time, although we did not have much money, we bought such an expensive stuff each other.
Long time ago, but there are lots of cute memories.
He is still one of my best friend, so too sad that I can't attend his wedding party.
Wierd Japanese culture that we can't inveite any different sex friends to our wedding.
Well, maybe his finace would not be too happy about it, so it kinda make sense, though.

Tomorrow will be the last day of year 2007.
Time goes too fast.
Gotta hurry up to clean my apt.
